The typical uses for this type of waterproofing on new or existing structures are as follows:

• Roof Slabs
• Balconies and patios (A screed needs to be placed over the
• torch on to receive tiles)
• Foundation walls (wall tanking)
• Retainer walls (wall tanking)
• Old IBR Roofs (Board and Torch)

Bitumen, being a water-based, rubberized product is used with SBP (Stich Bond Polyester membrane) on the following areas:  

• Flashings
• Around Skylights
• Overlaps and Bolts on IBR, Corrugated or Cliplock roofs
• Parapet Walls
• Small areas where torch on not viable as it is flexible and durable.
• Can be applied to surfaces.

As liquid Bitumen is not UV stable, it needs to be coated with a Bituminous Aluminum Silver roof paint.

Bitumen, being a water-based, rubberized product is used with SBP (Stich Bond Polyester membrane) on the following areas:  

• Small Roof areas Parapets
• Flashings
• Ridge caps
• Brick Chimney Tops

The typical uses for this type of waterproofing on new or existing structures are as follows:

• Shower floors and walls
• Balconies or patios (when tiling is required post waterproofing)

This highly insulating, sound reducing waterproofing, can be used:

• Metal Roofs
• Timber decks
• Low pitched tile roofs

• Concrete Roofs
• Timber boarded roofs
• Wide gutters
• Parking decks
• Insulated roofs
